We believe dessert should never be a compromise.
Tiramisu started in 2024 when Marco, a Milanese pastry chef, and Priya, a sports nutritionist, realised that every high-protein dessert on the market tasted like a compromise. So they made one that doesn’t. Every batch is handcrafted in small runs using real Italian ingredients — mascarpone from Lombardy, Arabica espresso, Dutch cocoa — with a grass-fed whey and casein blend that disappears into the texture. No chalky aftertaste. No artificial sweeteners. Just a dessert that happens to have 30g of protein.
We ship fresh, never frozen. Six cups per box, sealed the morning they leave our kitchen.
